Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Adam SEO website (www.adam-seo.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services

Adam SEO provides search engine optimisation (SEO) consulting services, including but not limited to: SEO audits, keyword research, content strategy, technical optimisation, link building, and AEO/GEO optimisation. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual service agreements.

Service Agreements

All SEO engagements are governed by a separate service agreement that specifies scope, deliverables, pricing, and terms. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any service agreement.

Payment Terms

  • Monthly retainer fees are invoiced at the beginning of each month and due within 14 days
  • One-off audit fees are due upon delivery of the audit report
  • All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated
  • Late payments may incur a 2% monthly surcharge

Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, frameworks, and materials created by Adam SEO remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a licence to use deliverables for their business purposes. Our proprietary 4-Stage Framework and related methodologies may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing timely access to website platforms, analytics, and necessary credentials
  • Reviewing and approving content and recommendations within reasonable timeframes
  • Ensuring the accuracy of business information provided
  • Implementing recommended technical changes or providing developer access

No Guarantee of Rankings

SEO results depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor actions, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific keyword rankings or traffic volumes. We guarantee our proven methodology, transparent reporting, and commitment to delivering measurable ROI.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client retains access to all deliverables created during the engagement. Fees for the current month are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Adam SEO's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
